  • Automations: capture, summarization, and connection-finding where manual effort used to dominate

What is PKM?
PKM means Personal Knowledge Management: a systematic method for capturing, processing, retrieving, and using knowledge. It is not mainly about apps; it is about your thinking architecture.
What is PAI?
PAI means Personal AI Infrastructure: your own AI layer built on your knowledge base. It can include a RAG pipeline, personal assistants, and automations. The goal is not using generic AI chats, but building your own thinking pipeline.
Which tools do you use?
The workshop is tool-agnostic: system first, apps second. In practice we often discuss Obsidian, Notion, Readwise, and custom RAG workflows. You choose what fits your context.
Do I need technical background?
Not for the PKM layer. For PAI, basic technical curiosity helps, but coding is not required. The workshop focuses on architecture and thinking models.
Do you run this for company teams as well?
Yes. Team workshops are highly effective because personal knowledge management and organizational knowledge-sharing reinforce each other. Typical group size is 8-15 participants.
